At Skincare by Dr V, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or use our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is at least 50% full and includes all original components.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our dermatological team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
